The Bergmann Group is actively looking to purchase businesses and proprietary product lines that are synergistic with our current products and processes.
The Bergmann Group has successfully acquired seven companies since its inception in 1981. These include all the companies in our group including Avid Products, Coffee Inns, Progressive Machines, Tuf Products, Waterloo Healthcare, Workhorse Products, Odyssey screen printing equipment. These were purchased with internal funds.
The Ideal Business or Product Line would fit some or all of these criterion:
- An established product line with established customer relations
- A manufactured product composed primarily of metal parts
- A business that could be moved into our Arizona or Mexico operations
- A product line that is a niche product sold to a limited customer base
