Bergmann Precision - is the parent company to all the Bergmann Group companies. It was started in 1981 as an Aerospace CNC Machine Shop. Through the 1980’s, it developed into a full service aerospace subcontractor providing precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly services to the major aerospace O.E.M.’s including: Honeywell, Motorola, Loral, Ford Aerospace, Orbital Sciences, and United Technologies.
During the 1990’s Bergmann Precision diversified away from the aerospace business into doing turn key product design and contract manufacturing for mid size commercial companies. During this time, synergistic product lines and companies were acquired to diversify its customer base.
